My therapy style involves creating a non-judgemental, empathetic, warm, and safe space that allows the clients to fully accept themselves as and where they are, so they can feel empowered to change or deal more effectively with difficult emotions (anxiety, depression, anger, stress). My approach is holistic combining person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral techniques with an emphasis on mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies.
